When you think about accounting processes, what comes to mind? Large amounts of paper invoice handling, data entry, invoice auditing, routing for approval, filing, retrieving, searching for lost documents, expense tracking, and G/L updates… There must be an easier solution. With the intent to simplify and streamline these accounting processes, PowerTrack was born.

Founded in 1997 with the transportation industry in mind, PowerTrack’s objectives were simple and clear: Create an efficient back-office environment, dramatically cut accounts payable costs, ensure accurate and secure payments, and facilitate faster payment times. To accomplish these goals, PowerTrack created a web-based automated payment network that provided a complete payment solution. As a result, the web-based accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management strategies intertwined seamlessly with procurement, logistics, and accounting systems to deliver cost-effective and quick payments. Today, PowerTrack is in operation around the globe, administers billions of dollars in payments, and processes millions of invoices between thousands of buyers and sellers worldwide.
